Shipping policy

Delivery times shown at checkout or provided by our team are estimates in business days, counted after payment confirmation and order picking.

We ship throughout Brazil via partner carriers. Shipping is calculated based on weight, dimensions, destination and the selected service (e.g. standard or express) when available.

Delivery may vary during peak periods, holidays or external factors (traffic conditions, local restrictions). We will notify you of relevant changes to dispatch when applicable.

The customer is responsible for checking the address provided. If a shipment returns due to incorrect data or failed delivery, new shipping fees may apply.
